We’re Seth and Jennifer.

Twenty years ago we stumbled across a little farmhouse in Arlee, Montana. And we’ve been grateful everyday since.

When we got married here, we promised to make this place a refuge for our community. Since then, we’ve welcomed two daughters and all of our people to the farmhouse. Now, we’d love to share this special place with you.

The Modern Farmhouse sits on the ancestral lands of the Salish and Kalispel people and within the sovereign nation of The Flathead Indian Reservation. We feel deeply appreciative to have a home here and work hard to be good stewards of this place.
